Lewis & Clark Chapter

The Lewis and Clark Chapter was organized in 2004 and serves the St. Louis area. Our membership is made up of blind individuals from all walks of life representing a wide variety of careers and callings. These include blind Attorneys,Teachers, Information Technology Professionals, Management Professionals, etc. They represent a cross section of Missouri's Blind and are living proof that blindness need not be the tragedy it has been perceived to be in the past. We are the blind speaking with one voice and changing what it means to be blind.

With our deepest sympathies we announce the passing of long time Lewis & Clark Chapter Member David Dillon.  David passed into God's direct care on March 22.  The memorial service will be held in St. Louis on Friday, April 21 at 10 a.m. at All Saints and Ascension Episcopal Church on Lucas & Hunt Road just south of I-70. Visitation at 9 a.m.  David and his wife Adrienne were married for nearly 48 years and were devout NFB members.  Please keep Adrienne and all of the Dillon family in your thoughts and prayers.

Come one, come all - The Sports & Recreation committee will be holding an Activity Based Get Together 30 minutes prior to all chapter meetings.  These will be light activities that most anyone should be able to participate in i.e. going for a walk, chair aerobics, light calisthenics, ect.  So no matter your fitness or skill level, come join us for some good healthy fun.
